Loyalty Program

Join the loyalty program of the Gavan Hotel, get points for your stay and pay for your bookings with accumulated points.

In total, the program has 3 levels ("BASIC", "GOLD", "PLATINUM"), and 5% of the reservation will be credited to the virtual card after the first stay. The amount of benefit increases depending on the number of nights spent - up to 20%.

You can book a room not only on the official website, but also by phone through the hotel's Reservation Department, Reception and Accommodation Service.

    the upgrade of the room category directly depends on the occupancy of the hotel and the availability of rooms of higher categories on the day of arrival of the guest. The Reception staff will do everything possible to upgrade the room category to a higher one.

It is possible to register for the loyalty program online

  1. Go to the booking module, select the appropriate dates of stay, go to the room selection page and click the "Log in" button in the upper right corner

  2. After filling out the questionnaire, the Guest immediately receives a Member Card of the Loyalty Program of the Gavan complex.

  3. Fill in your contact details or log in through other services

  4. Data about your virtual card will be sent to the specified E-mail, information about the accrued points will be available in your personal account

Points and rewards

Terms and conditions of the loyalty program
  • Achieving the level is possible by accumulating nights when staying at the hotel according to bookings made through direct channels: the official website of the Hotel, the Hotel Reservation Department, the reception desk of the Hotel. Bookings made on third-party sites are not included in the accumulated nights.
  • To account for the nights spent, the guest must personally stay at the hotel and pay for their stay using any available payment method.
  • Regardless of the number of rooms booked and paid for by a guest participating in our loyalty program, only the room where this guest participating in the program lives is taken into account to count the nights that affect his status in the future.
  • GOLD and PLATINUM cards cannot be transferred to third parties. They can only be used by the cardholder.
  • Card discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and special offers.
  • If you lose your club card, please contact the reception desk or the booking department.
  • All privileges, offers and services of the Loyalty Program are conditional on their availability and may be changed by the Company at any time without notice. The Company may terminate the Loyalty Program partially or completely at its discretion.
