We are pleased to welcome you to our special Loyalty program. This program is our way of acknowledging and thanking our most loyal Guests with Hotel benefits that will delight and enhance "GAVAN"  Hotel experience.  Regularly staying in the hotel "Gavan", you will receive special recognition, upgrades and amenities every time you stay with us. Thank you for choosing  "GAVAN" Hotel!

Terms and Definitions:
"Company", "complex"GAVAN"- a group of companies: Joint Stock Company "Hotel "Gavan"  that provides accommodation services; Joint Stock Company "Restaurant complex "Gavan " that  provides food services and services of sauna" Maltese Castle ", LLC" Restaurant "Gavan", provides  parking and car wash located at Vladivostok,  Krygina street, 3
Loyalty program Hotel "Gavan"-is a program to encourage frequent Guests of  Hotel"Gavan". It allows Guests to get special discounts and additional privileqes during their stay in Hotel "Gavan".

Member -is the Guest, Hotel " Gavan" Loyalty Program cardholder.
Membership card– is personal card that identifies the Guest among the other members. It allows its owner to get discounts and special privileges.

Coupon-accumulating coupon paper card issued by the administration of the company that provides the right to obtain discounts and / or other advantages to the Company.
Application form - a form document to be filled in by the client and as a result it is the client's consent to participate in the loyalty program.

Terms & Conditions:

1.An obligatory condition for participation in the program of loyalty and receive the card is to fill in all the required fields of the application form.

2. Guests who filled in the form at the Reception des will get the Membership card immediately.

3.Membership card is not personal and allowed to be transferred to another person who uses it and  receives all the appropriate privileges and advantages.

4. Discounts on Resurant and additional services are being provided immediately after the issue of the card; discounts on accommodation are available from the next check-in in any Hotel "Gavan"

 


5. We kindly ask you not to forget to show your personal Membership card upon check-in in «Gavan» Hotel and specify card number while booking.

6. Moving from one level to the next, the number of services and benefits increase. Loyalty program members will be able to receive new loyalty card during their next accommodation in "Gavan" Hotel.

7. Since December 14, 2015 members of "Gavan" of  Hotel Loyalty program can exchange old type cards for new type Loyalty cards during check-in. New type loyalty cards are valid together with the old type loyalty cards; Guests’ Loyalty program status and  special privileges connected with old-type Loyalty cards keep safe during card exchange program.

8。To get discount on accommodation the Guest must be a registered Member of Loyalty program staying in «GAVAN » Hotel based on direct booking Best Available Rate only (without intermediaries - travel agencies, companies, tour operators, online portals ONLINE-booking systems, etc.).

9。 Discount on accommodation is given to the Loyalty program Member provided that he personally pays for all charges (cash or card payment).

10.Discount on bars, restaurants and other additional services as well as special privileges are valid for any type of bookings except group accommodation and booking via travel agencies.

11.Program discounts and benefits can’t be enlarged for any group accommodation.
